4th Annual OAKTOBERFEST in the Dimond!

Oaktoberfest in the Dimond returns for a 4th year of fun and festivities on Saturday, October 1, 2011, from 11am-6pm and is free to the public. Highlights throughout the festival include the Bill Brand Biergarten (at Fruitvale Ave. and MacArthur Blvd.) with 20 local craft breweries pouring their finest ~ the Hop Tech Homebrew Alley ~ the Family-Friendly Rootbier Garten with music & activities for all ages ~ the Main Stage with live music & traditional dance ~ plenty of Food and Vendor Booths to more than satisfy everyone. This year the Big Lou Band returns to be our headliner along with the Golden Gate Bavarian Club teaching how to dance along to Big Lou’s polkas and other Bavarian-themed music. We’ve improved upon this festival every year, but it takes active, community support, participants, and sponsors.
